Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Your Health Results, Sooner

Starting Jan. 20, the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal will send you a notification when new results or notes are available. Sometimes, this may mean you see your results before your care team reviews them. You’ll need to verify that an active email account is associated with your patient portal to get these notifications. Check your settings to verify your email address.

Important Notice to Patients: Limit Visitors to Emergency Room to Protect Against Cold, Flu, and Respiratory Illnesses

As part of our ongoing commitment to patient safety and public health, Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center urges patients and their families to limit the number of people accompanying a loved one to the emergency room. With the current increase in seasonal illnesses such as the cold, flu, and respiratory infections, we are advising that only essential visitors should be in ER waiting areas.

Scheduled virtual video visits are medical appointments that give you the flexibility to meet with your care team from a location that’s convenient and comfortable for you.
