Physical Therapy

The primary objective of physical therapy is to maintain or regain maximum physical capacity, restore function, and relieve pain in those individuals with musculoskeletal disorders. At this time Barquist is unable to provide Physical Therapy appointments.

Appointments

Scheduling and Appointment

All patients must have a physical therapy referral. Consults or referrals greater than 30 days old will not be honored and will require renewal by the referring provider.
Treatment appointment frequency will be determined by your physical therapist.

Physical Therapist Scope of Practice

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries across the full spectrum of evidence-based practice
• Consult with other providers on musculoskeletal patient management and disposition
• Conduct clinically relevant research
• Optimize Soldier / Unit readiness by enhancing functional/human performance
