Physical Exams
Located in Building 1434 at the Primary Care check-in/out, the Force Health Protection office coordinates all force health and medical readiness needs for ALL active duty and reserve service members. Contact the Force Health Protection office for guidance on medical readiness needs at (301) 619-2044. Our hours are Monday through Friday; 8–11:30 a.m. and 12-4 p.m.
Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)
The Exceptional Family Member Program office is located at 1434 Porter Street. We can be reached at 301-619-8818, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m.

Overseas Suitability Screening
Barquist Army Health Clinic provides overseas medical screenings for all active duty and family members located in the Main Lobby, Rm. 811 (next to the lab),. The medical exams are to verify medical readiness for the service member in preparation for the OCONUS permanent change of station, current physical exams with preventative health screenings, immunizations for the projected assignment, and Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Screening with verification of educational needs.
Hours are Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to noon and 1–4 p.m. For more information call 301-619-8818.
Service members should receive the required medical forms from their Military Personnel Division. Service Members need a prescreening appointment with the EFMP office to determine all forms have been completed correctly for their screening and the type of screening appointment each family member needs for medical and EFMP clearance. Active duty Army Service Members are scheduled Prescreening appointments during their Levy Briefing.
